I will help you build a new program, adapt a current program, and scale pilot projects from start to finish. My process includes
1. Consultation: Understanding your needs, goals, and organizational capacity.
2. Strategy: I provide you with a clear and comprehensive strategy/project plan for designing and launching the project, including metrics for success and a plan for evaluation.
3. Design: I design the program or project, or support your team in the creation (based on need and capacity).
4. Launch: I lead or support the launch of your project including communication support.
5: Evaluating and Refining: Based on the agreed-upon evaluation strategy, I monitor the project after launch and create a plan for improvement as needed.
