• We will strategically develop, in collaboration with the organization, a fundraising/development plan and communications plan. The development plan will outline and highlight the best practices for the organization moving forward to ensure successful partnerships and donations are received to move the mission forward. The development and communication plan will pave the way to launch not only the silent/lead gift phase of the capital but ensure that donors and community members are familiar with and support the campaign and the mission of the organization.
• Capital campaign services will include donor evaluation, outline of campaign timeline, composition of donor materials and appeal letters, and general management of campaign leadership.
• A planning/feasibility study is highly suggested prior to the campaign.
