Each session is tailored to you. We'll focus on current challenges or decisions, explore patterns and perspectives, and identify practical next steps that align with your goals.
Yes. I incorporate leadership assessments and custom tools when they support your goals; but I don't rely on them unless they add to your development. If you have an interest in taking a particular assessment as part of your journey, that can be included if I am certified or qualified to administer that assessment.
Yes. For organizational clients, I offer alignment calls with managers and periodic updates (with your consent), so coaching is fully integrated with your performance goals.
