A cultural audit generally takes two to four weeks and consists of on-site observation, content analysis, surveys, focus groups, and 1:1 interviews. All staff, including leadership, must participate to ensure accurate reporting and results. Once complete, the designated party or parties will attend a presentation of the results, then receive a comprehensive written report with data collected, insights gleaned, and recommendations for moving forward in a positive direction.

All information obtained is and will remain completely confidential, and all participant data will be anonymized and reported in aggregate.
