Fractional Chief of Staff | Leadership & Capacity Advisor

I work with nonprofit Executive Directors and founders in a fractional Chief of Staff capacity, providing senior-level support during periods of growth, transition, or sustained organisational pressure.

This role is advisory, not administrative. I do not take on day-to-day task execution or replace internal staff. My focus is on strengthening leadership capacity, prioritisation, and coordination so responsibility is carried more sustainably across the organisation.

Support typically includes:

• leadership priority setting and accountability

• decision support and structured reflection

• alignment across roles, responsibilities, and initiatives

• capacity-aware planning during complex or transitional periods

This service is well suited to organisations that need experienced leadership support but do not require (or want) a full-time Chief of Staff.
