The duration of the project depends on your organization's specific needs and goals—there are no cookie-cutter solutions here. We’ll start by scheduling an initial meeting within the next 5 business days to discuss your current fundraising situation, objectives, and what kind of support you’re looking for. After that, we’ll tailor the timeline and set milestones based on the agreed-upon strategy. Since each organization has different priorities and resources, the length of the project will vary. We’ll work closely together to assess progress and determine the right level of support needed to ensure success. Our regular check-ins (weekly or bi-weekly) will help guide the process and ensure we stay on track.

My services are billed hourly so that the support you receive is tailored to your organization’s actual needs. After our initial meeting and review of your grant history and goals, I’ll outline a custom plan with an estimated number of hours required for each stage of the work. You’ll be prompted to review and approve the next budgeted amount before we proceed past the initial planning phase—so there are no surprises, and you maintain full control over your investment. Some organizations choose to use my support for a short-term project (such as writing a single proposal), while others engage me for ongoing grant management and funder communications. I’m happy to work within your set budget and recommend a realistic scope of work to maximize its impact.
